At Utz Quality Foods, we strive for every snack to arrive fresh and delicious; if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns or replacements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please contact our support team to resolve any quality or shipping concerns.

Return Process

    Reach out to our Utz support team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Proof of Purchase

    Submit a photo of the product packaging and any shipping damage to help us verify the quality concern and expedite your request.

    Receive Return Authorization

    Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm if a physical return of the snacks is necessary.

  • 4.
    Processing Refund or Replacement

    After approval, we will either ship a fresh replacement of your favorite snacks or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
